Project Details:
JiyaKe signed an agreement with a road construction contractor in Guinea to export several SDLG (Shantui Construction Machinery) road rollers. The equipment included:

• Single Drum Vibratory Rollers: Used for compacting subgrades and asphalt pavements. These rollers feature powerful centrifugal force and excellent compaction efficiency, making them ideally suited for the large-scale road projects in Guinea.

These rollers were deployed directly into Guinea's national road upgrade projects, ensuring the quality and durability of road construction.

Execution Process:

1. Model Selection: JiyaKe's technical team recommended the most suitable SDLG roller models and configurations based on the project's requirements, local climate, and construction standards in Guinea.

2. Procurement & Inspection: The company procured brand-new equipment through authorized channels and conducted pre-shipment inspections to ensure optimal mechanical performance, quality compliance, and that all accessories, tools, and documents were included.

3. Export Packaging: Professional export packaging solutions (e.g., fumigated wooden crates) were used to securely protect the rollers for the long-distance ocean freight journey.

4. International Shipping & Customs Clearance: JiyaKe handled all export customs declaration and commodity inspection procedures. Sea freight was arranged from a Chinese port to the Port of Conakry, Guinea. The company also assisted the client with local customs clearance and tax matters upon arrival.
